- Print-on-demand items: 5-14 business days (includes production and shipping)
- Dropshipped items: 7-21 business days (varies by supplier location)
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
4.3 International Shipping
If we offer international shipping, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments

5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Handcrafted One-of-a-Kind Items
Due to the unique nature of handcrafted items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
5.2 Print-on-Demand & Dropshipped Items
We accept returns for print-on-demand and dropshipped items within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item does not match its description
- You received the wrong item
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor color variations due to monitor settings
5.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email inspiringapocalypse@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defective/incorrect item
- Wait for return authorization (RMA) approval
- Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable)
- Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the item was defective.
